Established Speed 2 Empower in 2005. Assignments across Europe have included IT analyses and strategies, management for hire, project management and test management.

The assignments have included the following:

o   Telenor, Norway (2011) – Test Manager of ”Billing 2011”, in close co-operation with Tata Consultancy Services. The project scope included replacing a rating system in the mobile value chain.

o   Telenor, Norway (2009 - 2010) – Test Manager of ”FriFamilie verdikjede”, a complex and comprehensive project for automating the mobile value chain.

o   Keystep, Norway (2009) – Design of their corporate website.

o   AF Gruppen, Norway (2009) – Sourcing strategy and ITIL implementation consulting.

o   Keystep, Norway (2008) – Establishing routines and ITIL framework for the Operations Center.

o   Telenor, Norway (2007 – 2008) – Management for Hire, and Project Manager, for the Mobile Middleware department.  

o   Hjemmet Mortensen, Norway (2007) – IT analysis resulting in recommended action points for the top management team. Project Manager for “Den mobile medarbeider”, implementing modernized telephony solutions for the company.

o   Opplysningen 1881, Norway (2006 – 2007) – Strategic analysis of the Content area, and Management for Hire in establishing the new department.

o   De Telefoongids, the Netherlands (2006) – IT analysis resulting in recommended action points for the top management team.

o   Lokaldelen, Sweden (2006) - IT analysis resulting in recommended action points. Coaching new managers.

o   De Gule Sider, Denmark (2006) – IT analysis resulting in recommended action points.

1996 – 2005       Findexa (now Eniro Norge, previously Telenor Media)
IT Director for the leading directory and Yellow Pages company in Norway from 2001 until 2005. Responsibilities included software development and maintenance, IT Operations, telephony, IT Security, price and contract negotiations, development and implementation of the IT strategy, establishing and chairing the IT Board for prioritising projects and allocating resources.

Additional responsibility and positions in Findexa/Telenor Media included:
- Merging the IS and New Media Development departments into one central IT Department (2001).
- Outsourcing all IT-operations (2001). Selection, negotiation of contract and migration of IT-operations to  new outsourcing vendor (2005).
- IS Manager (2000 – 2001).
- Negotiating and managing the support, enhancement and development contract for DSMP with net-linx AG (1999 – 2005).
- Project Manager of implementation of DSMP publishing solution (1998 – 1999).
- IT Development Manager (1996 – 1998).

IT Senior Consultant, hired for managing av software development project in Telenor Media. Was offered a permanent position as IT Development Manager by the client.

Lecturer (SQL and databases) at the Oslo based business college, Næringsakademiet.

1988 - 93          Ingres Norge (previously INENCO)
Manager Technical Department of Ingres Norge, the Norwegian distributor of Ingres, a leading RDBMS and competitor of Oracle in the 1980s/90s. Responsible for licensing, software distribution, support, training and consulting services (1988 – 1993).

1987 - 88          LEFAC
Senior consultant. System analysis, design and development of leasing solutions (1987 – 1988).

Started my IT career as an Operator and COBOL programmer at Eksportfinans, Oslo, Norway.
