She played the role of Telenor Test Manager responsible for planning and execution of Integration and Acceptance tests. “Görel has been the Test Manager of the Billing 2011 project from January to November 2011. Billing 2011 is a major and important modernization project in Telenor’s Billing domain. The purpose of the project is to reduce costs and to simplify product development in Telenor Mobiles Rating and Billing systems. Görel’s work in the project has been: - Participate in the project planning and Contractual agreement process - Responsible for planning of all Telenor test activities in the project (incl. resources, cost estimates, scope, test cases, test environment, test data, etc) - Responsible for following up the Contractor on System test planning and execution - Responsible for the execution of all Telenor test activities in the project, including follow up defects and defect correction, and daily reporting of test status throughout the test periods - Responsible for documentation (test strategy, test plan and test report) for all Telenor test activities. ”Görel Speed has been Test Manager in Telenor Norge, IS Mobile Value Chain from March 2009 until October 2010. The assignment included test planning and execution in an extensive IT project. She developed test plans, led the team of testers, managed defects and followed up the testing done by the sub-contractors. The work encompassed co-ordination vis-a-vis the project, the line organisation and the sub-contractors. The emphasis was on System Integration and Acceptance Testing, across all the systems involved in the project releases. Görel has been a very good Test Manager, in a complex project.
